Saphire's Doyle Tutorial
This is what we will make

Open a new transparent image 400x400. This gives you some working space.
Select your drawtool, and set it to Freehand Line, Width 5, Line Style Solid, Antialias checked. Choose any colour you want. I did mine in blue. Now just do some drawing and doodle away on your image.. this is the fun part. Mine looked like this.
Now you go to Effects, Reflection Effects, Kaleidoscope and use the following settings:
This is what I have so far
Now, as you can see, I have a circle surrounding my Doyle. To get rid of it, I use my Selection tool set to circle, Feather 0, Antialias unchecked. Start in the middle of your image and drag it until its just beneath that outer line, then let go. Go to Selections, Invert and then you can hit your delete button. This will remove the parts outside your drawn circle. When you are done, you can deselect. Now do the kaleidoscope again, but change the Rotation Angle to 252. Now you will see that you have several Doyles on your image. To get rid of them, repeat the step with the Selection tool again. Mine looks like this now:
Now you can do this as many times that you want. Just play around with the Rotation Angle until you find something that you like. I did mine 1 more time.......... It's the one at the top. When you are happy with your Doyle, you can resize it if you think it's too big, ( Remember to sharpen it after you've done that). And then save it. That wasn't too hard was it? You have made a beautiful Doyle in a few minutes, but it actually looks like you have spent hours on it, don't you think so?
